Pentree Lodge has its own full time manager who has a great deal of experience within the home, and a full CV of applicable qualifications. The Manager is supported by Senior Carers.


We have a small team of dedicated staff who between them cover 24 hours a day, There are two Support Workers on shift during the day, and are available to the residents at any time. In addition there is domestic staff, alongside maintenance and clerical support.

All support workers are trained to a level 2/3 in health and social care and undertake a wide range of training, including first aid, medication, mental health, health and safety, mental capacity and diabetes.


All staff are on a continuous training programme and are updated regularly with all new legislation and policies. The staff are frequently supervised by the managers and there are periodic staff meetings held.

The staff work closely with each residents circle of support, alongside their care team. This relationship is paramount in working together to achieve joint outcomes.
